The site's advertising intermediation and monetisation are provided by Timo Midia LTDA, registered with CNPJ under number 62.179.475/0001-44, with its registered office at Rua Ana de Carvalho Silveira, nº 287, Apto 302, Silveira, Belo Horizonte/MG, CEP 31.140-440, Brazil, which is responsible for the intermediation and monetisation of the programmatic advertising inventory displayed on the site.

These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By accessing or using the website, you declare that you have read, understood and agree with this document and our Privacy Policy.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Accessing and using this website implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the website. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Easy Extra Dollar, to the extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to rights that cannot be waived by contract.

2. DEFINITIONS

Content: texts, articles, images, videos, comparisons, calculators, databases and other materials published on the website. Ads: programmatic or direct advertising displayed on the website, mediated by Timo Midia LTDA or its partners. User: anyone who accesses or uses the website. Invalid Traffic (IVT): Impressions, clicks, or events generated artificially, by bots, automated scripts, or incentivized or deceptive clicks.

3. IMPORTANT NOTICES

We do not interfere in any credit analysis or approval process of partner financial institutions: the final decision to grant credit, loan or any offer is always made by the responsible institution, according to its own criteria and risk policies.

Under no circumstances do we request or send payment collections to release any financial product — credit card, loan or financing. If this happens on our behalf, be suspicious and contact us immediately through Section 24 channels.

We do not send emails requesting data confirmation with executable attachments (e.g. .exe, .zip, .rar extensions) or unsolicited download links. Messages of this type do not come from us.

4. NATURE OF THE OPERATION AND ROLES OF THE PARTIES

4.1 Our role

We are responsible for the editorial operation of this website, the Content published, the domain, its own forms, the products and services reported and for responding to requests related to this content.

4.2 Role of Timo Midia LTDA

Timo Midia LTDA acts as an advertising technology (AdTech) provider, providing the Ad intermediation and monetization infrastructure, including integration with Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Exchange (AdX), management of advertising consent signals and prevention of fraud and invalid traffic.

4.3 Division of duties

Timo Midia LTDA will not be automatically responsible for editorial content, hosting, domain, legal notice, own forms, products, services or commercial promises of this website. We will not automatically be responsible for the advertising technology layer, programmatic integrations, advertising consent signals and prevention of fraud and invalid traffic, when under Timo Midia LTDA's technical control. When necessary, specific instruments may be signed between us and Timo Midia LTDA to regulate roles and responsibilities.

5. ELIGIBILITY

The use of this website is intended for people over 18 years of age. By accessing or using the website, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. Our digital environments are not aimed at children; use by minors must comply with applicable local legislation and occur with the assistance and supervision of parents or legal guardians.

8. INVALID TRAFFIC AND ADVERTISING FRAUD

Timo Midia LTDA adopts technical measures to identify, audit and stop auction fraud and invalid traffic schemes (IVT/GIVT/SIVT), essential for the network's compliance with the policies of Google and other advertising partners. If there is reasonable evidence of abusive or fraudulent technical activity linked to a device, IP or location, Timo Midia LTDA and/or we may block or limit the corresponding access, without the need for prior notice when the protection of the network's advertising account so requires, and may forward evidence to authorities and partner platforms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All editorial, textual and visual content published on this website — including texts, comparative tables, images, graphics and proprietary databases — is our exclusive property or that of our licensors, protected by the Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998), the Marco Civil da Internet and applicable international treaties.

Brands, logos and visual identity of this website belong to us; Timo Midia LTDA's own brands and visual identity belong to Timo Midia LTDA.

10. ADVERTISING AND LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING

The advertisements displayed on the website are intermediated by Timo Midia LTDA through platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Google Ad Exchange (AdX) and Google AdSense, and may involve programmatic advertising from third parties. Neither we nor Timo Midia LTDA are responsible for the content, accuracy, legality or offers of advertisers — you assume the risk of any interaction with third-party advertising content. Misleading, malicious or abusive advertisements must be reported through Section 24 channels.

11. LINKS, REDIRECTS AND EXTERNAL PLATFORMS

The website may contain links and redirects to third-party platforms, products or services, where you can hire services or purchase products without any intervention from us. Clicking on an ad or link and visiting a partner page does not create a relationship with us — our Terms and Privacy Policy only cover your interactions with this site. You agree to indemnify and hold us and Timo Midia LTDA harmless, within their respective areas of liability under Section 4.3, for reasonable claims, damages or expenses arising from: unlawful use of the site or violation of these Terms; practice of advertising fraud (IVT), scraping or technical attacks; unauthorized use of protected Content or code, including to train AI; or violating the copyright or privacy of others by your conduct.

18. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

The collection and processing of personal data, the use of cookies and consent and opt-out rules are governed by our Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms.

19. DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY

We make reasonable efforts to align the development of our interfaces with the precepts of digital inclusion and web accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), when technically feasible. Technical barriers can be reported through Section 24 channels.

20. LANGUAGES AND INTERPRETATION

These Terms may be made available in other languages. In the event of a technical conflict of interpretation, the official version in Brazilian Portuguese prevails, unless mandatory local regulations require otherwise in the User's jurisdiction of residence.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
